Because of its unique design, the round Eagle’s Nest House
can go on any lot and is especially suited to small and irregular
lots which will not accommodate many other houses. All models can
be constructed on any site which can accommodate any foundation.

Absolutely. Standard 2 x 4 walls can have Energy Efficiency Ratings
of R-19 sidewall and R-30 ceiling and greater with 2 x 6 sidewalls.

Yes. As a result of the unique round design, units can be attached
in a cluster formation allowing for use as offices, duplexes, condominiums,
etc. Other traditional / commercial packages are available.

difficult are Eagle's Nest houses to erect?
An average Eagle’s Nest House can be completely ready for
interior finishing in five days or less. Because of the unique design
of Eagle’s Nest houses, many models have no interior load
bearing walls. This allows for the interior partition walls to be
arranged to suit the individual needs and tastes, offering the buyer
a truly custom designed house.

long does it take to get delivery after placing an order?
Thirty to forty-five days. This allows ample time for site preparation.

Forty basic models. Many two-story and single-level models ranging
from 800 to 4,090 square feet of living space. We also custom quote
from a buyer's plans.
Eagle’s
Nest Houses can be completed, ready for occupancy - for a standard
model - from approximately $35,000 and up plus lot, foundation and
site work.
